What's that PC-EBN thing on the sidebar?

The PC-EBN (Planet Cazmo Emergency Broadcast Network) is a special widget that lets cazmos from all over the web know what's happening in Planet Cazmo (especially the things that most cazmos don't see). The widget was made by the PCAP chief and some of his agents. So remember to come back soon to see what's going on in Cazmo! Looks like Jeff and Torgo are getting messages through to it!
